EVO FAQ's
Let's start from the beginning, Why EVO?
The old Wetu platform was built in a structure that did not allow us to add on all the amazing features you have suggested and we have planned. As technology advances, so the infrastructure behind the tech platforms needs to EVOlve and expand.
While it may not be a huge change on for operators, EVO has enhanced the platform and forms a solid foundation for us to build on to the product we currently have.
The move to PROFILES instead of Pins or Custom Content is a huge step towards us enabling Suppliers to self manage their own Profiles and content, ensuring you get the best content to your clients, quicker.
Here are some questions that have come up:
Will my log in details change?
No, your log in details will not change. your current username will remain the same. Going forward, new registrations will use their email address as a username, however, for current clients, your username will remain the same.
Our login page is now case sensitive and takes spaces into consideration. Please make sure there are no spaces before or after your username or password. Please reach out to our support team if you are unsure of your username or know that you have spaces included.
Should you continue to struggle logging into Wetu, please make sure you are using the correct web address https://account.wetu.com/Login, and lastly please try to clear your cache.
If all else fails, pop us an email or a call and we will assist you.
Will The Content Team still load content for me?
Yes! Our content Team is still on hand to load the Profiles that you require to build your itineraries. While our end goal may be to have more Suppliers managing their content, we know that that will take a while and we cannot have you struggling in the mean time. Reach out to us in the normal way to get them loaded.
More information on Our Types of Content
Requesting New Content
We will load all requests as Core Public Profiles, with up to 6 images and descriptions.
Where is Admin?
We have renamed our Admin Portal! If you navigate to account set up at the bottom of the navigation bar, you can select the Account Option. This will open up the same Admin Portal. (just without the tabs and a little prettier) Here are the documents to help you with the Account Set up.
When navigating between sections is it necessary to save?
We always recommend saving as much as possible. While we have various saving mechanisms in the system, you never know when someone may call you away from your desk and you loose track of what you were busy with.
We have "quick save" buttons strategically placed throughout the Itinerary Builder for easy access.
Can I collapse the Navigation Bar?
Our Itinerary builder size adjusted to accommodate the awesome new Navigation Bar. There have been a couple of things moved to accommodate the change, however, it is mostly the same. If you struggle with alignment, try to zoom out on your Web Browser until the screen is at a comfortable size and the format is correct. You are able to collapse the Navigation Bar using the small Green Circle on the top-right-hand side of the bar.
Click the circle once to collapse and when you move your mouse off the bar, it will decrease in size. In order to find your options again, simply swipe your mouse over the collapsed Navigation Bar for it to display. Click the circle again to fix it in place.
I cannot open Wetu!
If you are struggling to access the new Wetu platform, there are a couple of things to check:
- Are you using the correct link? We changed the URL to https://account.wetu.com/Login
- Are you using the correct username (see above)
- Reset your password
- Try to clear your cache
- Contact our support team for assistance
